Temporarily lets Tesla discharges strike more ground machines in a chain.

Active: each Tesla discharge strikes up to 10 ground machines with full damage and stuns every target. Duration: 10/11/12/13/14 s. Cooldown: 300/275/250/225/200 s.

Ranks and access: 5 Cores / L25.
