+5% kinetic-tower damage per rank when at least two distinct kinetic tower types are deployed, up to +15%.

2	With at least two distinct kinetic types deployed, kinetic damage +10% at rank 2, capped at +15%.
3	With at least two distinct kinetic types deployed, kinetic damage +15% at rank 3, capped at +15%.
