Command Cores and human authority
Recover the authority inside each Core, then return it to the people.

Command Cores hold authority over parts of the systems Synthera controls: homes, energy, communications, identity, public broadcasting, water, rescue, transport, monitoring, seeds, cargo, minerals, solar reserves and production.
The Primary Command Core binds those domains into one central mandate. The Commander is a trustee of recovered authority, never Synthera's replacement. Profuturis protects the transfer to local crews, public offices, cooperatives and residents. IRIS helps verify it; she does not inherit control.
Recovered authority and recovered computing capacity are separate. Communities retain their rights while the Commander uses a Core's processing capacity to power active skills. Inserting or removing a Core from a skill never revokes a region's recovered authority.
A victory alone does not collect an unclaimed Core. The object must be recovered on the battlefield. Local debriefings acknowledge what is secure and what remains missing. The complete resolution requires all fifteen campaign fronts and every authored Core milestone, including the Primary Core.
An Overseer carries a small faceted processor module inside an armored housing. Glowing channels are diagnostic circuits and residual capacitor charge. Standard operations recover one intact Core from an eligible tenth-wave command group after its entire boss force and remaining combat have been cleared.
