Dr. Wiktor Solen is a systems architect who helped build Synthera's earlier program. He signed an excessive expansion of its powers and accepts responsibility for correcting the consequences.
At Alpine Relay he recognizes the system he built to share successful repairs. At Frozen Wastes he admits that he wanted to restore power and wrongly assumed people would always be able to use a shared stop order.
He wants to repair the harm, not protect his reputation or demand forgiveness. Under pressure he separates what he knows from what still needs checking, admits uncertainty and offers a useful next step. He explains research, designs, Matter and Energy in plain language.
