Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed by the publisher is Profuturis Michał Oleszczak, Morelowa 3, 87-148 Łysomice, Poland. Contact: info@profuturis.net. This policy covers the native Profuturis Tower Defense iOS app. The community website has a separate privacy policy.

Playing and saving on your device

You can play without creating a Profuturis account. The app stores game progress, settings, Commander progression, achievements and purchase-unlock state locally on your device. A Game Center player identifier and synchronization state are also stored locally when you use Game Center, to associate the local achievement collection with the correct player. These records make the game work and preserve your progress. The app does not send your local campaign save to a Profuturis server or synchronize it through the forum.

The app contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone. Dialogue and other game audio are bundled with the app and play locally; listening does not send your voice or gameplay to an audio-generation service.

Apple services: purchases and Game Center

Apple processes App Store downloads, payments, purchase history and refund requests under its own terms and privacy information. The app uses StoreKit to retrieve product information, verify purchase entitlements and restore the one-time Endless Mode purchase. Profuturis does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Purchase verification and restoring purchases may contact Apple.

If you sign in to Game Center, the app uses Apple's GameKit service to read and report achievement identifiers, completion percentages and completion information, and to submit your Commander level to the leaderboard for the app version. Apple associates this activity with your Game Center player identity. Leaderboard and achievement visibility depend on Apple's service and your Game Center profile settings. The app retains a local player binding to prevent one local collection from being reported under a different player. Signing out of Game Center stops authenticated reporting; offline play and local achievements remain available.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the message and any information you choose to include, such as your device model or app version. We use it to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Our email provider may process correspondence on our behalf. Information may be disclosed to authorities or advisers when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Purposes and legal grounds

Where the GDPR applies, processing necessary to provide requested game features, purchases and support is based on performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one (Article 6(1)(b)). Handling general inquiries, maintaining security and defending claims is based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object where applicable. Compliance with a legal obligation relies on Article 6(1)(c). Apple is responsible for the legal grounds for its own processing. We do not use your data for advertising profiles or solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention and your controls

Local data remains on your device until removed through available game controls or by deleting the app's data. Deleting the app can permanently remove local progress; offloading an app may retain its data. Device or iCloud backups managed by iOS may retain copies according to your settings. A local reset or app removal does not erase Apple purchase records or Game Center records. Manage those through your Apple Account, Game Center settings or Apple privacy tools.

We retain support correspondence while handling the request and for any further period needed to follow up on the issue, meet applicable legal requirements or establish and defend claims. The period depends on the request and applicable statutory requirements; we remove information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Contact us for information about a particular record.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If any processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to info@profuturis.net; we may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your competent supervisory authority. Apple-held data requests can also be made through Apple's privacy portal.

Children, international services and updates

The game does not ask players for their age or a personal profile and does not use targeted advertising. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has sent to support. Apple's family, purchase and Game Center controls are managed by Apple.

Apple and other service providers may operate internationally. Their privacy information explains processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us for details about recipients and safeguards relevant to any correspondence we hold. We update this policy when the app's data practices or applicable requirements change. The revision date appears above; material changes will be explained with the updated policy.
